Buckle in Biloxi's a clothing shop, you know, mostly jeans, and it kinda aims at younger people, though honestly anyone could probably find something cute in there. They have a pretty big selection of stuff, jeans for sure, plus shirts, shoes; I think I've seen Hurley and Miss Me brands listed. If you are searching for the best jeans, I'd say you might be in luck.
People keep saying the customer service at Buckle is amazing, I guess the employees are supposed to be super friendly, helpful, and they really know their stuff. Belk in Biloxi carries a ton of stuff. They have everything from clothes and shoes to stuff for your house, plus jewelry and makeup. It's pretty convenient, being a clothing store right here, and they do a decent job of keeping the family covered fashion-wise. I think they're known for having some of the better makeup counters, especially if you want to shop different brands. You can almost always find something good in their sales racks too.
You know, it's cool that a lot of people mention how nice the staff is, especially in the makeup area and when dealing with online stuff; they seem to try to go the extra mile, which is always appreciated. I think it's nice to get organized aisles and good deals mentioned consistently when you are at the store, it make shopping that much easier. You definitely stumble across stuff you didn’t even know you needed, they keep a good inventory.

American Eagle in Biloxi seems like a solid spot if you're on the hunt for jeans, they apparently have a ton of 'em. I hear the store is pretty big and always kept neat, which is a huge plus in my book because no one has time to dig through messy racks. Rainbow Shops in Biloxi has some really cute stuff and the prices are definitely right. It's got a decent selection of clothes, shoes and things, and apparently they have pretty good clearance sales too, which is always a win. I think people appreciate that they carry plus sizes; you don't always see that. It really is hard finding shops with nice, affordable, plus size.
You know, it sounds like Rainbow Shops is good if you need something fast. I read a lot of reviews saying they have awesome prices and a wide variety, so that's cool. It's definitely convenient when you can find everything you want in just one place, right? Then again, some shoppers mentioned that the customer service wasn’t the best, and how long the checkout lines can be. Some stores are cluttered and you can't try clothes on; that's not a vibe, TBH.
