Boot Barn in Carson City seems to be a solid choice if you're into country-style clothes, especially boots. I've heard they carry a really wide range of stuff, from everyday wear to more dressy western attire, and apparently their selection of sizes and styles is pretty good, so hopefully one could find something to fit. Plus, you know, the accessories are there too, jewelry, hats, the whole shebang, which is nice that it's all in one spot.

People consistently compliment the staff and the service they offer, which is always a big win; who wants to shop somewhere where the employees are miserable? Supposedly, the boot quality's great, and it sounds like if you've got, shall we say, a larger head, their hat selection might be a winner for you. The store gets props for being clean and organized, but you should know that you might encounter some higher prices or struggle to find some sizes or items. Despite any possible drawbacks, it seems like Boot Barn is a pretty popular option around town, especially if you're into the western aesthetic.

Rue21 in Carson City is a pretty popular spot; I’ve heard from friends they carry a bunch of trendy, affordable things and you can usually find something that catches your eye. Their known for having an interesting selection of graphic tees and hoodies, plus what I hear about the jeans is great because they stock all the current styles, with skinny, wide-leg, and mom jeans being common options. My lady friend loves going into that store, and she says the girls there are really helpful, which is nice.

Honestly, it seems that people seem to rave about the friendly staff, its nice to know there's good customer service around. Apparently, they have great sales all the time, which is ideal if you are trying to keep your shopping habits in check. Some say they carry cute vintage-looking pieces, too, that hit right on the mark with some people's nostalgia, but I’ve also heard whispers on the street concerning quality; you get what you pay for in most cases. Regardless, many are willing to overlook a minor fault for the price of the merchandise.

Big 5 Sporting Goods in Carson City is a pretty solid option if you're trying to find equipment and gear for sports, camping, or just generally getting outside. A lot of people shop there, and they seem to always have a sale going on, which is convenient if you're balling on a budget. What's great is they have everything: sporting equipment, clothes, shoes, they even have workout equipment.

Honestly, the thing that seems to make Big 5 stand out is the customer service; I keep reading that their employees are knowledgeable about their shoes. I mean, it's nice when someone actually knows what they're talking about, right? But some people also said that some of the inventory's not that big. Although the staff is really nice and accommodating, there can be issues with customer service. Still, I think overall, if you need sporting goods in Carson City, Big 5 sounds worth checking out.

Ross Dress for Less in Carson City is pretty popular; it's one of those places that seems to have everything. They definitely have a good selection of clothing, shoes, and home stuff, and you can't beat the prices, I mean, I heard it's a good spot if you are trying to save some cash.

People seem to really dig the deals you can find there – finding name brands at a lower price is always a win. Plus, I heard it's kept pretty clean and organized, which is always a plus, and it has a friendly staff helping customers. Since they're always getting new stuff in, each time you go it's supposed to be a different shopping experience. I heard that some folks do wish that the customer service was better and that they had a wider variety of sizes sometimes. Hopefully they figure that out, but it seems the positives outweigh those problems, since it's pretty popular, though.

El Mundo Latino Carson sounds like a really interesting place, it is located in Carson City. They seem to have everything from clothing to snacks. From what I've read, there's a really wide selection of outfits, plus cowboy boots and hats which is kind of fun, and even clothes for kids. I guess they also sell jewelry along with a food section featuring Mexican treats and desserts; which is amazing considering.

It appears that people have generally positive experiences there, with lots of compliments about the staff being friendly. People especially rave about the western wear and that they'll do special orders for things just like Quinceañera dresses, which is super helpful if you are getting ready for a party. On top of that, people are into the food too; with many saying the snacks are good. I read that the corn can really hit the spot, but I have read there are also issues with the jewelry or that the store may not always open on time so, if you're going I'd keep that in mind and I'd also be careful about the cleanliness of the food section.
