Everyone loves a good sale, but the promotions and rewards programs are also usually a hit. When the store's organized and they have enough staff, shopping there sounds great, overall. I mean, who doesn't like a little retail therapy.

Clothes, furniture, electronics, books, even kitchen stuff – they got it. It could very well be your best bet if you are looking for pre-owned clothing. They try to assist our local population, particularly the unhoused, by selling what they have.
People seem to appreciate the friendly staff and that they can drop off donations easily. Many reviewers mentioned good deals on unique furniture finds, clean clothes, and useful household items, also they said it was a great place to browse for specific items. The Christian music playing there creates, or so I hear, a nice atmosphere; a lot of folks praise that there is a great, organized layout in addition to a clean store. The prices overall is reasonable, although there's occasions when the pricing isn't the best, and they give out discounts from time to time, or so I understand.

Big 5 Sporting Goods in Henderson seems to be a pretty standard sporting goods store, selling everything from athletic equipment to camping supplies; I think they sell firearms, too. Apparently, you can snag stuff there for various sports, plus workout clothes, and all kinds of outdoor gear for whatever adventure you might be planning. If you're on the hunt for shoes, especially tennis shoes or work boots, people have mentioned that they've got a decent selection for the area.
Customers often say they have really positive experiences at this Big 5, which is always nice to hear. A lot of reviewers mention how helpful the staff are, and there are a couple of employees who people specifically call out for going above and beyond, which is kinda cool. Others also mention finding good sales and decent prices, particularly on shoes and camping equipment so you can save money while doing fun activities. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking for something, though sometimes people find the selection is limited or they don't get greeted, so it's not always perfect.

Old Navy in Henderson is a decent option when I need something for myself or the kiddos, especially if I'm trying not to break the bank. They've got a big selection, which can be overwhelming, I guess, but I usually manage to find something cute, plus they seem to be running a sale practically every week. It's nice how they carry sizes for pretty much everyone in the family, too. You know, sometimes places just don't cater to all body types, but Old Navy typically does.
I've heard people say the employees there are generally helpful and friendly, which is always a plus. One person mentioned getting amazing assistance from an employee named Danielle, which definitely makes me want to go in person sometime. Plus, other people had a really good experience with the quickness of the car-side pickup after ordering online. Now, it's also important to acknowledge that you can't please everyone all the time, and I've seen some comments that the store isn't always the neatest or the sizing can be off. However, overall, it sounds like a pretty good place to snag some affordable clothes, especially if you time it right with a sale.

Buckle, located in the Galleria Mall over in Henderson, is one of those stores where you can find something for almost anyone, from clothes to shoes and all the little extras. They have a real rep for their denim, especially if you're taller and have trouble finding the right length. You could find a nice dress for a night out or something comfortable to lounge around in, the style selection is pretty wide. They also have this rewards thing going on, and I heard they sometimes fix your clothes if you get a tear or something.
Honestly, it sounds cliche, but Buckle seems to stand out because of their customer service; it's something people mention a lot, at least from what I've been told. People are saying that employees really pay attention to you, are generally friendly, and are actually helpful in putting together outfits. Specifically, people shoutout employees like Nicole, Candy, Adriana, James, Carly, Shea, Harley, Andrew, Justin, Julianna, and Kylie as being extra helpful and even remembering customer's sizes. It sounds like they're good at making people feel welcomed and supported, even building confidence to try a new style. However, some have mentioned feeling pressured to buy items or thinking some of their stuff, mainly t-shirts, felt a little overpriced; I can see how that could make it an expensive trip.

Dick's Sporting Goods in Henderson is a pretty big store with two floors which is convenient for finding a specific item. They seem to have a good range of stuff, from athletic clothes and shoes, to gear for things I’m not even that into, such as golf, camping, and even kayaks. It’s a place you might want to check it out if you are searching for sports apparel and gear because they carry major brands and, based on reviews, there’s a huge selection, even if it's a bit pricey, but you do get good quality.
I saw several mentions of really helpful staff, especially Ricky, Tylan, Bert, Mariah, and Diego, who apparently go above and beyond, especially in the shoe and bike sections. People seem to like that the store is clean and well-organized, which is always a plus, and typically have what they need. I noticed a lot of positive remarks about reasonable prices, though I did spot some complaints about them being higher than Amazon, and a seamless shopping experience which I appreciate when going to buy an item.

Macy's in Henderson seems to be a decent option if you're on the hunt for, you know, that typical department store stuff - clothes, shoes, maybe a new purse. It's not that milestone store it once was but it does still got great style. I've heard they're pretty good with holiday decorations, that and they run good sales, so maybe it's worth checking out around Christmastime. Did hear from my friend that there is a Backstage section where you can find a bargain which, let's be honest, who doesn't love to find a bargain?
I read somewhere where people rave about the staff, especially in the shoe and jewelry area. There were specific employees who got shout-outs for being really helpful, it's almost as if they knew their product, what a concept?! They do have online ordering with in-store pickup, which is super convenient. It's probably true their prices are kinda high, especially for perfumes. Although its also possible to find clothes and products from expensive brands for a considerable price.

Word is, the prices are pretty great, and they get new stuff in regularly. Plenty of people have mentioned finding the perfect, exceptionally good outfit there. You could definitely get some affordable finds.
But while lots of shoppers appreciate the cleanliness, organization, and helpful staff, some others have had pretty different experiences. You might get really friendly service or you might feel invisible—it sort of depends on the day, I guess. Also, a few people have complained about things like dirty fitting rooms, the return policy being kind of a pain, and even the music playing stuff with questionable lyrics. Supposedly, the sizes can be inconsistent, so keep that in mind when you're shopping, since you might need a size larger than usual.

Women can usually find a variety of styles and sizes that are pretty good, and from what I understand a lot of people really love how comfortable and well-fitting their bras are. It sounds as if they offer a good amount of options for women who are in the market for quality intimate apparel that feels good.
What's really great is I keep seeing reviews about certain associates, like Danitza, Sherri, Amy, Theresa, Bailey, Jana, and Erma, and how they’re super helpful, and really know their stuff, especially when it comes to finding the right bra size, it may be hard sometimes. One person mentioned Danitza helping them find a bra that fit immediately, looked amazing, and gave them such nice support. It seems like these specific employees are so patient, offer really useful tips, and create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers, making them feel confident and well taken care of when finding what there looking for. However, I think it's important to also note that some people have mentioned not having the best experience in there, it’s always good to keep that in mind when there are lots of different employees.

Burlington in Henderson is a pretty big discount store, offering stuff for everyone in the family. You can find all kinds of things here, I mean, from clothes and shoes to things for the house, for instance kitchenware and bedding, but it seems hit or miss sometimes on the clothes fitting correctly, they can run small. It's that kinda place where you might grab a winter coat and, like, some costume jewelry, or even something for your dog, depending on what they have in stock.
Honestly, the appeal of Burlington is probably the low prices, the potential for good deals are what makes people come. There are many reviewers who love that some employees are always so helpful and kind, that's always a plus, and when its clean and organized, it's easier to find something special, maybe even unexpected!
