Apricot Lane in Knoxville is this place where you can find clothes, jewelry, and accessories, and they have a really good selection of items. They're known to have clothes for different ages and styles, especially for game day, so it's a great shop to find something to wear to an event. Honestly, I keep hearing it's the best boutique in Knoxville, which I can see, because it has that creative, curated feel that makes shopping fun.
The owner, Liz, and her staff get a lot of praise for how awesome they are; customers say they're friendly and go out of their way to help style outfits, which is always a plus. People especially rave about Liz remembering them and offering advice; one person even said she delivered their purchase to their house! People seem to really dig the whole vibe of the store, particularly the candy section; I've heard some say they were transported back to their childhood, which can be nice. They're also apparently pretty cool about pets, which is a huge bonus for downtown shopping, and some find really interesting presents that aren't like, the typical touristy junk. But for all that, it seems like most agree it's worth a stop; the store has got a really nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

Most people describe the place as a good atmosphere. It's worth nothing that some customers weren't thrilled about the no return policy, and someone said there was an inappropriate comment.

They've got a solid reputation for carrying a diverse collection, from brand-new gowns to gently loved consignment pieces and offering various styles and sizes, I have heard that everyone can find something within their budget. JFYBRAND is this women's clothing spot in Knoxville that seems to have a bit of everything. Jos A. Bank, specifically the Knoxville location, is a men's clothing retailer with a variety of options, they carry suits, dress shirts, ties, but also some more casual things too, such as polos and chinos. From what I can tell, a lot of people seem to believe it's *the* place to go for a professional wardrobe in the area. #22 Summit Uniforms of Knoxville
2901 E Magnolia Ave, Knoxville, TN 37914
Friday: [Closed], Saturday: [Closed], Sunday: [Closed], Monday: [7 AM-6 PM], Tuesday: [7 AM-6 PM], Wednesday: [7 AM-6 PM], Thursday: [7 AM-6 PM]
Summit Uniforms is this uniform store here in Knoxville, focusing mostly on supplying uniforms for people in law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services. Since there aren’t a whole lot of options for getting law enforcement uniforms around here, they're supposed to be a one-stop shop for all those needs, with uniforms, equipment, the whole shebang, you know? But, admittedly, sometimes their stock isn't exactly overflowing, which can be a bummer.
People are constantly saying how friendly the staff is, I guess they really try hard to assist with orders and sort out any issues that pop up. It's generally the ladies who get all the shout-outs for being super helpful, which is nice. They're apparently really professional, good at adding patches quickly, and their prices seem fair, plus they are dedicated to helping out our public servants, which is commendable. From what I'm hearing, people appreciate the selection and that the employees will go the extra mile to track down whatever you need. There is some bad press as some say they've had quite long waits for their orders, especially if they aren’t connected to the Knoxville departments, they will even forget to put your order in and you will have to call back to remind them.

The Volshop at University Commons seems like a pretty solid option if you're hunting for Tennessee Volunteers stuff in Knoxville. They supposedly have a massive selection, covering pretty much every piece of UT gear a person could want, from shirts and jackets to all sorts of random Vol-themed things and jewelry. Finding something for everyone in your family shouldn't be a problem, and from what I gather, it's generally kept pretty clean and organized, which is always a plus. Plus, I heard parking's easier than dealing with the on-campus store, which, let's be real, is a huge win, especially when you're in a hurry.
From what I've seen online, people mostly rave about the huge selection of UT merch they've got there and how helpful the staff is, they even mention names, Cole, Sarah, and Mackenzie, which is a nice touch, you know? They say it's clean and the location's convenient, and it sounds like a fun experience for Vol fans needing a place to get really nice apparel. It is important to note, though, that some people have mentioned the prices being kinda high, almost NFL-level high, and there's some random complaints about customer service, or what looks like a smaller selection of adult womens' clothing. Overall, it appears that the majority of customers find the pros outweighing the cons.

They have a rock climbing wall, golf simulators, batting cages, and an outdoor turf field, which is kinda unexpected. If you're trying to find a place that has a bunch of activewear, this could be it.
What's great is folks seem pretty happy with the modern setup and all the things to do. A lot of people mentioned the customer service too, which you'd hope for; apparently, the employees in shoes, golf, and the community outreach section are super helpful. They really make it fun, which matters when I'm trying to get good running shoes. I've heard a good selection of UT merch is available; one reviewer says their son was able to find everything he needed. Even though some people had less stellar experiences with inconsistent service and organization issues, those seemed to be overshadowed by the positive comments.

Cavender's Boot City is a Western-themed store in Knoxville, not far from my place, and they stock everything. Seriously, from boots to hats to Wranglers, it seems anyone wanting the Western look could find something. From what I gather, they try to have something for both the guys and gals, plus they can even customize hats.
Apparently, a lot of folks have had super positive experiences, with people really emphasizing the wide range of products. Quite a few reviewers call out certain employees by name – Allie, Francisco, Frank, and AC – because they were incredibly helpful in finding just the right fit and really knew their stuff when it came to the merchandise. You know, some people mentioned just feeling welcome when they walked through the door which is really important to some shoppers. There's are some issues, as a few people had mentioned inconsistent help, maybe some pricing issues with orders online or difficulty getting someone's attention in the store.

Ross in Knoxville is the type of store you could get completely lost in, and for good reason. You can find clothes for the whole family, plus shoes and a surprisingly good home decor section, and even stuff for your pets; its pretty nice. It's kinda neat to find name-brand stuff without spending a fortune, I do agree their prices are very good. For anyone wondering where the best clothing store near them is in Knoxville, that Ross could be worth a shot – definitely worth the trip.
I saw some people saying how much they love the great prices and being able to find interesting items, you always love to see it. A lot of reviewers mention that the employees are friendly and helpful, and that the store itself is usually well-organized, it is always a plus when the place is organized. I've also heard that their plus-size selection is decent, which is not always the case somewhere. It's neat to know that they do have a variety of clothing and home decor available there with price tags far lower than you’d expect to find, it is a steal. I did see a few comments about inconsistent stocking and mess, though, also about the employees. I heard something about long lines and not enough fitting rooms as well, hopefully it's not true.

You can find stuff for basically anyone; babies to adults, plus sizes too, with tons of styles to choose. If you need some athletic wear or maybe a new lingerie set, perhaps a suitcase, they kinda have it all in one place and the price point works for a lot of people.
Honestly, I've seen that a lot of people seem to appreciate the deals you can find and the variety available there. The staff get shout outs, especially over on Western Avenue, and it's cool that they stock trendy things, sometimes even name brands too. It's apparently great for kids’ clothes, and people always talk about shopping there for Christmas. The clearance sales are worth it, too; I saw some reviewers said things can go as low as a buck sometimes. Still, a few customers did mention some issues, mainly sizing inconsistencies and sometimes the place can be kinda messy, they said.

There's a huge selection, they have everything from casual to formal, shoes, accessories and all those makeup things, so it's worth checking out for sure if you are needing to find something. Just be aware, that coupon might have a bunch of exclusions you hadn't heard of, but it's worth checking the tag anyway.

Names get dropped a lot – Joshua, Courtney, Taylor, Sage, Bethany, Amanda, and Abby – and I have heard they are supposedly super helpful and know their stuff when it comes to sizing and picking out the right clothes. It sounds very personalized and that they're patient, so that is always a plus. I understand that some people have had issues, especially when it comes to returns; however, those appear to be in the minority.

Belk in Knoxville is where you can find a little bit of everything: clothes for anyone in the family, plus stuff for your house and all those makeup and skincare things. It’s interesting though, because this particular store, some reviews say, can be in separate buildings, depending on what you're looking for.
