JCPenney is a solid choice around here, it's got clothing for everyone, seriously, men, women, kids – the whole shebang. They've got a pretty decent selection of brands in most departments, too, so I've been able to find my shorts eventually. And they seem to carry a good variety of sizes; I've heard they even have a big and tall section which is nice. Oh, and they have a hair salon, which is something I've wanted to check out, and home goods, if you need that kind of thing.
From what I gather, people are generally happy with the layout, and a lot of folks really appreciate when the staff is helpful, it's nice when stores are clean and organized. I've heard the salon experiences are hit or miss, someone once mentioned they had a great haircut there. They also have really good sales for packer gear.
