The Gucci corner inside Galeries Lafayette in Nice is, well, it's a Gucci *experience*, I guess. They carry a selection of Gucci items, so expect bags, wallets, and other small things. If you're looking for the full Gucci immersion, they don't exactly have the wide selection of like a flagship store but it might be alright, really.
I read through what people are saying, and honestly, it's kinda a mixed bag, know what I mean? A lot of the positive feedback focuses on specific employees -- Hong Liu, Mr. Cottard, and Anna Naviglia keep getting name-dropped, and apparently, they go above and beyond for people. Plus a lot of people saying the staff is warm, attentive, and really create a great environment, which makes a difference when you're, ya know, dropping that kind of cash. Someone even mentioned chatting with their advisor, Hong Liu, almost like they were friends. Some of the reviews also mentioned efficiency and attention to detail, which is awesome. It appears that those who had the positive experiences would really consider returning because of the quality of service received and attention to detail.

Okaidi+ NICE ETOILE seems to be a decent choice if you are looking for a children's store nearby, offering various clothes plus a few toys, games, and books, its kinda a mixed bag. From everyday outfits to something fancier, they seem to have a little something for every occasion, which is great when you're scrambling for an event. Honestly, finding decent educational toys can be such a mission sometimes, so the fact that they carry those is definitely a plus for busy parents. The vibe they're going for is an easy, enjoyable shopping experience; I'm not sure if its always successful, but it is definitely a big attempt.
A lot of people have apparently had fantastic experiences with the staff there, raving about how friendly and helpful everyone is, its probably one of the most common points I've seen. Shout out specifically to Alison, Fergani, Faïza, Sarah, and Sandra for getting those individual mentions! I read they're always happy to give advice or help out in any way they can, which is always a good thing. I've also noticed how customers love that the store is so well-organized and stocked, and that it has a good vibe for shopping. It looks like that the engaging toys are great to have around that will keep the kiddos entertained, its something parents always praise and want. But some customers had rough interactions though; I have seen the reviews and they sometimes bring up rude or inattentive staff, refund complications, or price inconsistencies; every business has those moments, it seems.
