Dan John Roma on Via dei Giubbonari is supposed to be a great place to pick up clothes when you're in Rome. They seem to have a bunch of nice things, from suits to dresses, stuff that's supposedly trendy and good quality. Word is, if you're trying to keep up with Italian fashion, this is the place to check out since they have a huge selection and styles.
People really seem to rave about the customer service; there are a few people who work there. Giorgia, Francesca, and Andrea get named a lot; a lot of reviews mention their help and that they really know their stuff. It sounds super helpful. One person even mentioned being styled by Francesca and having a great Italian look. Another reviewer needed something to wear to a formal dinner and that Herbert and Emiliya fitted him from head to toe. They're apparently really good at helping you find the right size, and some even ironed clothes right then and there so people could wear them out of the store. Price wise, most people thought the prices were good for the quality, though you can find some people mentioning some members of the staff weren't the nicest. Despite that, seems like most people leave pretty happy and think it's one of the best clothing stores in Rome, so maybe worth popping in if you have a chance!

#2 Lardieri Store Flaminio
Viale del Vignola, 3E, 00196 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [10:30 AM-2:30 PM, 3:30-7:30 PM], Tuesday: [10:30 AM-2:30 PM, 3:30-7:30 PM], Wednesday: [10:30 AM-2:30 PM, 3:30-7:30 PM], Thursday: [10:30 AM-2:30 PM, 3:30-7:30 PM], Friday: [10:30 AM-2:30 PM, 3:30-7:30 PM], Saturday: [10:30 AM-2:30 PM, 3:30-7:30 PM], Sunday: [Closed]
Word on the street is that Lardieri Store Flaminio in Rome is really good, especially if you're nearby and need some retail therapy. They supposedly have a good range of clothes, shoes, and accessories, mostly from brands you'd recognize. Plus, I've seen reviewers saying it's priced fairly and easy to shop in--which, honestly, is half the battle when you're trying to find something.
A lot of people mention the customer service, seems the staff goes above and beyond, you know? They're described as helpful and not pushy, plus several people specifically call out the owner, Andrea, for being nice. People seem to appreciate how they sell more than just well-known brands, like these niche Italian brands too. A few reviewers mentioned the online orders being delivered quickly, which is always a bonus. A handful of people have said they should get a bigger women's section, though, but it sounds like they do a great job using the space they have for the products available.

#3 Lanieri
Via Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, 63, 00193 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [Closed], Tuesday: [10 AM-2 PM, 3-7 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-2 PM, 3-7 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-2 PM, 3-7 PM], Friday: [10 AM-2 PM, 3-7 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-2 PM, 3-7 PM], Sunday: [Closed]
Lanieri, based in Rome, seems to be a go-to spot for tailored clothing; I've been reading a ton about it. From what I gather, they really nail bespoke suits and shirts, particularly since the range of Italian fabrics they use sound amazing. They appear to pride themselves on their knowledgeable staff, too, like Domiziano and Riccardo who apparently help clients navigate fabric choices, measurements, and generally oversee the whole custom creation gig.
It sounds like people are consistently impressed with the customer service at Lanieri, which does matter. Several reviews highlight the staff's professionalism and friendliness—it sounds like they're genuinely helpful. Lots of customers love that they get a perfect fit from just one set of measurements and that they can track their order online; super convenient. If I'm honest, the quality of the fabric and construction seems to be a repeating point of satisfaction, and some even think it's great value. Of course, there were murmurings of fit issues and needing several appointments, which is never ideal. Despite those couple of hiccups, it's still generally regarded as one of the best places in Rome if you want something custom-made.

#4 Sitenne Vintage Store
Via Cairoli, 55, 00185 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [Closed], Tuesday: [11 AM-7 PM], Wednesday: [11 AM-7 PM], Thursday: [11 AM-7 PM], Friday: [11 AM-7 PM], Saturday: [12-5 PM], Sunday: [Closed]
Sitenne Vintage Store is supposedly this cool place in Rome, a clothing store that I've heard lots of people rave about. Apparently, they've got a really wide selection of vintage clothes, accessories, and shoes that are, from what I've read, pretty unique... a real treasure trove for anyone into vintage style, so I'm told.
There are a lot of reviews online that are, honestly, almost too good to be true, but hey, maybe it's actually that awesome; customers seem to love that they have those rare vintage finds that you can't get anywhere else. The general vibe I get is that it's not just the clothes people appreciate, but the lady who owns it, Alberta; seems to be she knows her stuff when it comes to vintage fashion. Some folks have said she's great at helping you find what you're looking for, and that she's super energetic and just makes the whole shopping experience super fun. Someone even said that it feels like stepping into a movie dimension when you walk into the shop. I did see some reviews mentioned the prices being a little high and the selection limited, which I guess could be an issue for some shoppers.

#5 Tory Burch
Via del Babuino, 36/37, 00187 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [10 AM-7 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-7 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-7 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-7 PM], Friday: [10 AM-7 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-7 PM], Sunday: [11 AM-7 PM]
Tory Burch in Rome is supposed to be a really nice store nearby, they're known for fashion dresses and all sorts of accessories. I hear they've got a good selection of leather stuff and bags, and the prices aren't totally insane which is good because I always end up spending too much. It sounds perfect for people who are really into fashion or, you know, just need a quality bag that's not going to fall apart in two months.
What I've heard around is the customer service is usually really great, like staff being super attentive and helpful. Apparently, there was this one person, Noemi, she really went above and beyond for someone; there's also a guy named Daniele and he helps with choices. I guess the employees handle things pretty well, they make you feel welcome. I read one review where someone said that they'd only want to shop there for the rest of their life which sounds lovely, if a bit hyperbolic. I heard it all comes down to the variety and the quality of the pieces they sell. Although some people have had issues, especially with the products falling apart too quickly and the customer service response to it; though the products falling apart may be due to manufacturing issues.

#6 Original Marines
Via Cola di Rienzo, 317/319, 00192 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [10 AM-8 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-8 PM], Friday: [10 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-8 PM], Sunday: [10 AM-8 PM]
Original Marines, the one near me in Rome, seems like a reliable spot to pick up clothes for kids. They apparently carry a pretty decent range from newborn all the way up to age fourteen, which can be really handy. From what I'm hearing, it hits that sweet spot of being affordable without the clothes falling apart after a wash. Plus, its location is pretty ideal being central to the city, easy for just about anyone to swing by.
A lot of folks who shop there seem to have a good experience with the staff, describing them as friendly and helpful, especially appreciating advice on sizes or figuring out the best looks. Generally, it sounds like people are happy with the value they get, mentioning you can find good stuff even when there's a sale. The layout of the store itself apparently makes it easy to find what you need, with everything organized well. Though a couple of people did complain about some staff members, most appear happy with their purchases and the products offered at Original Marines.

#7 Tommy Hilfiger
P.zza Dell'Unitá, 48/49, 00192 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [10 AM-8 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-8 PM], Friday: [10 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-8:30 PM], Sunday: [10 AM-8 PM]
Tommy Hilfiger in Rome? It's definitely a solid option if you're after their stuff, that's for sure. They do have a pretty decent selection of the brand's clothes and accessories, the classic polos, jeans, and so on. From what I've been hearing, the place is really well-organized, so finding what you need shouldn't be too difficult - unless they don't have your sizes.
Honestly, most people seem to rave about the staff there. They're supposedly super helpful and friendly, which makes a difference, you know? I heard a story of someone had their shirt ironed so they could wear it out right away – talk about going the extra mile! Also, a lot of folks mentioned the place smells nice, not sure if that matters to everyone though. But I read a few reviews saying the return policy isn't great and it can be more expensive than their US stores, or even other locations, which I can see being a bummer. Still, it sounds like a good spot if you're a Tommy Hilfiger fan, just be mindful of their policies when you do end up buying stuff, you know?

#8 Vesti di Messalina
Via Leonina, 24, 00184 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Tuesday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Friday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Sunday: [11:30 AM-8 PM]
Vesti di Messalina is apparently a really cool clothing store in Rome, if you're into vintage. It's supposed to be overflowing with stuff – like, classical pieces, old-school leather jackets, maybe even some designer jeans from back in the day. Word is, for anyone obsessed with fashion, the quality is great plus the prices are surprisingly reasonable.
Honestly, everyone seems to be talking about how good the selection is and how many unique finds you can get for cheap. People are always going on about the staff, too, saying they're super helpful, patient, and clearly know their stuff. Apparently, the owner, Ciro, knows every single piece in the store inside and out, which is a bit nuts. I read one review that called it the "holy grail of vintage classics," though some people did mention that the store itself isn't that big. A few folks had issues with the staff, thinking they came across as a little rude, but overall, it sounds like Vesti di Messalina is a total gem in Rome.

#9 Terranova
Viale di Valle Aurelia, 30, 00167 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Tuesday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Wednesday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Thursday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Friday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Saturday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Sunday: [9:30 AM-9 PM]
Terranova seems to be a pretty popular choice around Rome for clothes, especially if you're on a budget. They have a decent range of styles too, from basic stuff to things that stand out more. I’ve noticed people mentioning the "quality-price ratio" a lot, which i'm guessing just means that the clothes are worth the money you spend.
From what I hear, customers dig Terranova because they have a huge selection of things to pick from, and you can't beat the prices. Plus, many shoppers find the staff to be friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. I think that they have a good cashback program so that you can earn more discounts. However, some people have been let down by the customer service or the quality of some items, and I guess they mostly cater to a younger crowd size wise. Honestly, all in all, I've heard that it's still a pretty good option if you're looking for affordable clothes in Rome.

#10 Stone Island
Via del Babuino, 174/175, 00187 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [10 AM-7:30 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-7:30 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-7:30 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-7:30 PM], Friday: [10 AM-7:30 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-7:30 PM], Sunday: [11 AM-7:30 PM]
Stone Island's shop over in Rome has been getting quite a buzz, especially among tourists, I've noticed. It's supposed to be a decent size, and people seem really into how the clothes are arranged by color; that's a nice touch, actually. You hear a lot about how helpful and friendly the staff are there. They really go the extra mile, some people are saying, like spending time finding sizes or explaining the tax refund process for international shoppers.
The packaging is mentioned a lot, too, said to be unique and all about the details. Though, granted, you'll see some grumbling about it too, I guess. Some people have said it's not the best service, though I'd question those reviews maybe. I hear that if you don't speak great english the staff aren't as helpful which isn't great. It seems they could do with more bags, as you can see from one of the customer reviews I was reading. Overall, the feedback leans heavily towards positive experiences, so it could be worth checking out if you're into Stone Island, but maybe make sure to check everything you buy before you leave the store.

Gap's Rome location on Via del Corso is a major draw – it's smack-dab in the middle of everything, you know? They have pretty good quality clothes for everybody, men, women, kids; that kind of thing. Product display is generally really nice and the overall setup makes for an actually enjoyable shopping trip, surprisingly.
Most people who've been there seemed to have a good experience, which is kinda what you want, right? It's generally clean, well-organized, and the staff have been described as super friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which feels like a total win. There’s regular promotions and I think their prices are reasonable, but some people feel it’s a bit much compared to say, the US or London. There was even a comment about indifferent staff which, I dunno, maybe it was just an off day for them. All in all, though, Gap’s Rome store is still a pretty popular spot.

Calliope seems to be a pretty popular clothing shop in Rome, and honestly, they must be doing something right. From what I’m hearing, they’ve got a decent selection of both men's and women's styles without completely breaking the bank. Supposedly, you can find pretty fashionable clothes. Also, you get good service too.
Generally, it sounds mostly positive, you know? Lots of people mention how great the value is, especially when they're having sales, and that the staff is super helpful; one person called out a sales clerk named Matteo for his problem-solving skills. Plus, I saw a bunch of mentions about how clean and well-organized the store is, which, if we're being real, can make or break a shopping trip. There are people who like it, for the products and the service. Some reviewers did comment on not liking the refund policy or feeling that staff were rude. I would consider that if I went there.

It sounds like the Dan John store on Via Boccea in Rome is generally a solid place to shop for menswear, especially if you are looking for good quality at decent prices. You know, that place where you can find things for work and going out. A lot of reviewers mentioned the staff, particularly specific employees, going out of their way to provide excellent customer service, which is honestly a big deal.
There's such a wide range of options too, from elegant to casual, so you could find something no matter your style. However, some folks had issues with the tailoring services, mentioning things not being altered correctly and an overall unhelpful vibe, which honestly, wouldn't be ideal when spending money. I'd say, if you’re in the area and need some men's clothes, give them a look but maybe proceed with caution if you need alterations done.

Saint Laurent, it's that fancy clothing store here in Rome, right? The one that everyone raves about. Apparently, they're known for having a good selection; all the classic handbags and wallets and such. What people seem to really gush about, though, is the atmosphere. The boutique itself has a cozy vibe, somewhere stylish and elegant, and what I've heard that there's a really curated collection of stuff to browse.
Honestly, the reviews are a mixed bag, some people had issues with the customer service. But, I hear that it's mostly really positive. Many people commented on how friendly and helpful the staff is and have had a genuinely nice experience. Some people mention specific employees who went above and beyond and provided great service, which you don't always see these days. The product quality definitely seems to be a plus, but they did mention that there's a good selection and there's good availability.

Be C., this clothing store in Rome, sounds pretty cool because it seems to have a bunch of clothes that are really wearable yet special, I guess. I mean, tons of people say they have awesome pieces you can rock practically anywhere, but what really catches my attention is that they carry those daring color combos, you know? I am not too sure but this could elevate your look! From what I gather, they got some really beautiful accessories and jewlery pieces, too, which is always a plus because who doesn't love a good statement necklace?
People are definitely talking about the excellent selection of casual-chic stuff they have, plus everyone seems to agree the quality is there for clothes and accessories; that's a big win. It appears their prices are also on point, and that the staff is super friendly, which is always a bonus, so you won't feel pressured! A bunch of reviews mention finding stuff there that is different from what they usually find elsewhere, so it’s a good spot to refresh your wardrobe. Despite a few complaints about quality or attitude, which, where doesn't that happen?, most folks seem to genuinely love Be C. for its unique vibe.

Fellini Abbigliamento in Rome seems pretty well-known for its tailored menswear, though they do offer women's stuff too. They've got a reputation for classic Italian style and quality brands, like Cerruti, but with prices that can be really high, though, their selection is a bit limited for some. Some clients are saying the prices are good for the quality you get.
What really stands out, reading through reviews, is the consistently positive feedback on their staff. Many customers mention the friendly and professional service they've received over the years, also, the staff are experts in the clothing they sell. However, there are some complaints, a few people were really disappointed with how the owner treated the employees. One person said the owner accused them of trying to steal! Also, there's some mentioning of shrinking shirts and problems with online orders. It’s worth doing your research before purchasing anything.

Talarico Cravatte Sartoriali Ties, situated somewhere in Rome, gets a fair amount of buzz, mainly due to its ties. I've read they're all about that "Made in Italy" craftsmanship, using really nice materials that supposedly makes them hold up well. Besides ties, I think they also sell scarves and other accessories; those may have been clutch bags and suspenders.
Word is that Talarico's got pretty solid service in store; I did see a couple of things here and there about staff really knowing their stuff and helping folks find what they're looking for. The renovated store layout sounds nice, which makes browsing easier, and it may make you more likely to find the tie of your dreams. I saw one person mention delayed deliveries for online orders, but honestly, the majority seemed pretty happy with the quality and selection available.

People mention the fabrics being good quality and appreciate they use Shetland wool for some pieces; you can tell they don't skimp on materials. Plus, it sounds like there’s always a wide variety to choose from for men, women, and kids, which is something, because having options is always key.
What sticks out most is people saying the staff are super friendly and helpful, some even calling out employees by name which, you know, is a good sign – gotta love above and beyond customer service, you know? Of course, a couple of people had issues, and it’s kinda yikes to hear about rude staff, but it seems that most customers really enjoy shopping there, and I get that they have so much variety of items to choose from.

A lot of people really seem to love the customer service at the Prada Roma Uomo. Plenty of reviews mention how friendly and helpful the staff is, they're patient and happy to offer suggestions if, say, you're on the hunt for something specific, making the shopping experience feel special and not intimidating. Many reviewers have appreciated the vibe of the store, too, mentioning that the staff sometimes offers beverages, isn't that nice? Of course, not everyone's experience is perfect; some have mentioned feeling that they weren't treated respectfully, and one or two reviewers have noted that the store didn't have a huge collection of sunglasses for example. But, despite the occasional negative review, most people seem to agree that if you're looking for luxury shopping in Rome, Prada Roma Uomo is one option to consider.

The Ferrari Store Roma in Rome is one of those places that sounds awesome if you're into the whole Ferrari thing. They have all kinds of Ferrari-branded stuff; clothing, accessories, some cool gadgets. It seems to be a must-see, especially if you're obsessed.
I heard you can even try out a Formula 1 simulator, which I assume is pretty wild, and apparently they have a real Formula 1 car on display. Some folks noted that the sales people were really friendly, which is nice, right? I heard others thought the staff could be pretty snooty, I am really hoping this isn't true. It is a shame how there is less sportswear available since the restyling.

#21 H&M
Viale di Valle Aurelia, 30, 00167 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Tuesday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Wednesday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Thursday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Friday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Saturday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Sunday: [9:30 AM-9 PM]
H&M's a pretty well-known spot for clothes in Rome, and it's got basically everything you might need for your wardrobe, plus stuff for the home too. Seriously, they do a good job of stocking a wide variety of things; I've seen t-shirts to full-on dresses, they've even got a home section? Prices aren't bad, either, I suppose, for getting a good deal sometimes it depends on what you're looking for.
You hear a lot of people saying that H&M gives you decent quality for what you pay, and honestly, that's true. It does vary location to location though, if you travel around Italy. The layout is usually well-organized and easy to navigate in most stores which makes shopping a little less stressful. A lot of times, there is a sale going on, it's just a matter of searching for what you need. The staff can be hit or miss to being friendly, but for the most part they are good. If you happen to go to one of the shops in Rome, I wouldn't expect anything different.

#22 Upim
Via Gioberti, 64, 00185 Roma RM, Italy
Monday: [9:30 AM-8:30 PM], Tuesday: [9:30 AM-8:30 PM], Wednesday: [9:30 AM-8:30 PM], Thursday: [9:30 AM-8:30 PM], Friday: [9:30 AM-8:30 PM], Saturday: [9:30 AM-8:30 PM], Sunday: [10 AM-8 PM]
Upim's one of those shops in Rome that seems to have a little bit of everything and I've heard it's popular, it's known for its clothes, but apparently they sell stuff for your apartment too, I guess home and garden things, some perfumes, and accessories, which is useful. Word is they get new styles and that the quality is pretty consistent, which if you're gonna spend your money, you want it to last a while. Plus, being smack-dab in the center of town makes it super easy to pop in whenever.
I've been seeing reviews pop up, and mostly, people are happy with the clothes and even the home stuff, though some may say certain sections are a bit disorganized. I hear there's a comfy seating area with a coffee machine, which sounds like a major plus if you're dragging yourself around after a long day, something more shops should offer. The staff gets mentioned a lot, generally people find them helpful and nice, which really makes a difference. Though maybe they might not be the best at helping you if there's a very specific item you need - I saw a review mentioning mannequins using last season's clothing, and the employees not know how to get them, and a few people mentioned the long lines and one or two rude cashiers - but most say the prices are fair and there's usually some kind of deals going on.
