GodUs Boutique in downtown Springfield isn't just any old clothing store, it's got a reputation for unique and honestly pretty gorgeous stuff. They really shine when it comes to dresses, from super casual day dresses to stuff you'd wear to a prom or a fancy gala, and I mean, who doesn't love a good dress? They've also got jewelry and accessories to go with anything that might catch your eye. It's generally seen as one of those hidden gems in Springfield for those looking for something different and with all the chain store going under, that is so appreciated.

What I hear constantly is how amazing the customer service is, especially with Sarah and the team, really make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Seriously, they really put in the extra effort to help you find that *perfect* outfit; that really does make a difference, I think. People consistently rave about how clean and well-organized the store is, and all the great clothing and hard to find pieces or sizes is a super plus. Plus, they offer layaway, which is a lifesaver when you find something you adore, they're a blessing, and offer personalized styling advice, who could ask for more?

Carter's carries clothes for kids of pretty much every age, from newborns all the way up to those awkward tween years ending in size 14, which is super convenient. They've got everything you might need, you know, basics such as t-shirts and jeans, but also dressier stuff, shoes, plus all the winter accessories. Finding outfits that fit my kids' sizes are sometimes difficult, but they always carry a wide range of clothes for boys and girls, so they never let me down.

I keep hearing that Carter's is the bomb because of their killer sales, especially if you stalk the coupons (which I always do!), and the clothes are really well-made, which I appreciate. A lot of people also compliment how friendly and helpful the people who work there are, plus they have a rewards program, who doesn't love that? It's nice knowing that the place is clean and organized; which makes shopping easier, some folks might think it's a little pricey if you don't catch a sale, but I disagree. One person mentioned a bad experience with an employee being on their phone and complaining about how they just got robbed, who does that? Overall, I heard mostly positive stuff, so I think it's safe to say it's a good place.

Madrag in Springfield seems like it's a decent option if you're hunting for a wardrobe refresh, they have stuff from clothes to shoes, plus accessories and even lingerie. What's cool is that they're not trying to be super high end; from what I gather, the price points run from pretty budget-friendly to more mid-range, which is always a plus for a girl trying to save money. People mention they have great deals, so it's probably worth checking out if you're into sales.

Honestly, a lot of folks say the customer service at Madrag is really great, like seriously amazing. Some reviewers even called out specific employees and Lyndsey, the manager, as going above and beyond helping them find exactly what they are looking for. Which totally makes or breaks the shopping experience, right? Hearing how welcome people felt and how helpful staff was makes it feel a bit more personal. They also liked the clothing and prices and some even felt like they're shopping with family. Now, not everything is perfect though, because a few reviews also mentioned the store can be messy and that the clearance section needs improvement, plus the AC could use some work.

Marshalls is a department store carrying all kinds of brands. Think clothes, shoes, accessories – they got it for men, women, and kids; plus, home goods stuff, too, all at those lower prices. They have a good assortment from everyday wear to dressy outfits, and workout clothes, not to mention fragrances and gifts; it could be your one stop for pretty much everything.

People seem to always be happy with the good prices you get there, plus the chance to score name-brand stuff without breaking the bank; I noticed that a good chunk of reviews were impressed by the variety they had, which meant it's easier to stumble across finds you won't see anywhere else. Clean stores and helpful employees always stand out, too. Checkout lines going by quicker are a nice bonus, even though sometimes the men's section can be lacking, particularly if you are a bigger dude.

T.J. Maxx in Springfield is a place where you can potentially find some great stuff. It’s got a decent selection across the board, from clothes and shoes to home decor, even fragrances, and beauty products. I've heard people say you can score designer brands without completely emptying your wallet, and some of the stuff is truly unique, but the fragrance section is a stand out. If you happen to be in Springfield and are looking for somewhere to pick up some new clothes, this might be the place, though.

I keep hearing about how this particular T.J. Maxx is pretty well-maintained, with a good layout and staff members that are actually willing to lend a hand, can you believe it? Lots of people rave about finding amazing deals on clothes, accessories, and those little extras for your home, which is perfect if you need some retail therapy. Its selection seems top-notch, especially when you factor in the prices. However, there's been some occasional grumbling about inconsistent stocking (especially in men's sizes – sorry, fellas!), and things getting a bit cluttered, and sometimes, not-so-friendly employees. One time, someone felt as though a worker treated them unfairly.

Plato's Closet in West Springfield is a resale shop where you can find gently used clothes aimed at teens and young adults, including shoes and accessories. I've read that it's got a good selection of trendy stuff, and some people say you can score legit deals on quality second-hand items; not a bad option if you're looking for something cute without blowing your budget. The goal seems to be becoming the go-to spot for stylish clothes in Springfield, but with prices that won't make your wallet weep.

A lot of people seem to dig this place, saying the prices are great, plus the selection's pretty decent, and employees are friendly. Kayce, Larry, Ciana, and Alexis got shout outs as being super helpful; that's always a win. It sounds neat to find brand names or unique pieces, not to mention the convenience of buying and selling all in one shot, if that's what you are after. Cleanliness, good organization are things that have been brought up, which is always a plus. Although, some customers had bad experiences with buying, some people had negative things to say and some have stated that the employee's weren't as nice as they could have been, but every company has it's ups and downs, right?

The Skechers Warehouse Outlet in Springfield is where you go if you need, you know, *shoes*, particularly if you are devoted to the Skechers brand. They seem to have basically every style imaginable for men, women, and kids, I believe, from sneakers to sandals to those slip-on things everyone is wearing. Plus, I heard they do have some clothing and socks kicking around also. So, if you're trying to find a decent store in Springfield and comfort is like, your number one priority, you probably can't do much better.

Honestly, I keep hearing people rave how they find good deals and there clearance is so wide, which is good for them. A ton of reviewers mentions about how helpful the staff is, too—especially Nia! If she is there, ask for her, she is friendly. And who doesn't love a clean store, am I right? Plus easy parking is always a win. Though some people have mentioned inconsistent experiences with staff, with some being super helpful and others... not so much. And it sounds though a restroom policy is something being concerned about, something to remember, I guess.

Burlington in Springfield, you know, it's one of those stores where you can actually find some decent deals on clothes and home stuff. It's pretty close to me and they usually have a good range of sizes, including plus sizes, which is a win. I heard some friends talking about how they found name-brand clothes on clearance and, what not, so there's a chance you'll find something good.

People keep saying Burlington is a goldmine if you're on a budget and looking for brand names for less. I hear from everyone that it's got a huge selection; that you can find a gift for anyone, or just everyday basics that you need anyway. But, I've also heard, for the staff, that sometimes it's a bit disorganized, or they might be understaffed which always makes for a long line at the cashier. I think I may have heard somebody complain that the shelves were empty too...

Savers, located in Springfield, is a thrift store; inside, you can find a ton of previously owned items, that includes clothes, furniture, books, and even kitchenware. I've heard that you can actually score some unique vintage finds, possibly even discover brand-new stuff that still has the tags attached. Word on the street is their prices may have gone up a bit, you need to consider that when figuring out if it's the best spot for clothing in the area. Just be sure to check the items carefully.

A lot of people seem to really love the big selection they have there, because they can snag some really good deals, especially on clothes, kitchen gadgets, or books. Some also have reported that the employees are friendly. I keep hearing that the store is usually clean, and it's fun finding treasures and discovering items that are different. Apparently, some folks have found nice quality stuff and they enjoyed the overall shopping vibe. Though I have seen, if I'm honest, some people aren't happy about rising prices and the items costing more than what they used to be worth when they were new. Not having dressing rooms can be a bummer too.

The Walmart Supercenter in Springfield, MA, is one of those massive stores that basically has everything. You know, groceries, all the dry goods, stuff for the pets, electronics, even the boring household things. What's really nice is they even sell beer and wine. It's kind of a godsend when you need to do grocery shopping while picking up a birthday present and something for dinner.

From the reviews I've read, it seems they get pretty good marks for low prices and for having so many things under one roof. Some people mentioned really kind, helpful employees, which is honestly such a score when you're dealing with the pharmacy or curbside pickup. I think that matters a lot more now. Wide aisles and clean bathrooms are definitely a win too. Though, I saw some complaints about checkout lines being crazy long, and that certain items were locked up, I noticed that more shoppers were happy than sad.
