#1 Nuts Vintage Shop
Bakkerstraat 10, 3511 JW Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [Closed], Tuesday: [12-6 PM], Wednesday: [11 AM-6 PM], Thursday: [11 AM-8 PM], Friday: [11 AM-6 PM], Saturday: [11 AM-6 PM], Sunday: [12-5 PM]
I’ve been seeing Nuts Vintage Shop pop up everywhere online, and its supposed to be a must-see in Utrecht. Nestled in what I hear is a cute, cozy spot, maybe even sharing space with a café, they've got a rep for curating killer vintage pieces, specifically for both men and women. What sets them apart is their range of original brands plus styles – think Tommy Hilfiger sweaters paired with maybe a Dolce & Gabbana handbag, plus cool handmade leather jackets. Word is that the clothes are really well taken care of, and if you're a tall person you are in luck.
Everyone raves about Davide, the owner, mostly regarding his service. He is always there, being super friendly, and is genuinely into the whole clothing scene. I read a few comments calling him helpful and knowledgeable, some even talking about the styling advice he gives people. I've read a few comments mentioning that he even does tailoring, adding some personal touches. Plus, reviewers note the fair pricing and vibe of the store. While one person mentioned some employees ignoring customers, the overall consensus points to a pretty great vintage experience!

Silly's Store in Utrecht is more than just clothes; it's an experience. You know how sometimes you just want something a little different? It really is a charming boutique, known especially for their travel fabric pieces in vibrant colors and unique prints, I think their prices are really good too. If you're on the hunt for something special in Utrecht, they're worth a look.
People are constantly saying such nice things about the owners; they're reportedly a super sweet and attentive couple, always ready with honest advice and a complimentary coffee. It seems that people feel genuinely cared for there, which is such a bonus. The travel fabric collection gets a lot of praise for its quality and how flattering it is, and also how well they find combinations that work for you. All in all, it comes across that this is a place where you can enjoy shopping.

Sissy-Boy in Utrecht is a place you should know about if you're hunting for clothes; they've got both women's and men's stuff, plus a kids section and home goods. The store's layout is nice to walk through, and they have a good eye for what's in. Sissy-Boy has been known to carry pieces that are unique, and who doesn't love walking into a space that doesn't feel like every other store?
I've read where people are really happy with the folks working there. Many appreciate their help and friendly attitudes, especially the lengths they go to, to solve problems, and get things sorted, they've apparently even helped people resolve issues with online memberships. Apparently, it is a popular store to find clothing that's well made and beautifully designed. While I've heard some found loose seams or security tag holes, customer service typically fixes it right away.

#4 ONLY
Godebaldkwartier 54, 3511 DX Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [10 AM-8 PM], Tuesday: [9 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [9 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [9 AM-9 PM], Friday: [9 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [9 AM-8 PM], Sunday: [11 AM-6 PM]
ONLY in Utrecht seems to be doing something right with its clothes; I see people saying they're on top of current trends but also manage to keep prices fair. Finding affordable places that still feel stylish is a win, right? Some folks have specifically mentioned having luck locating shorter inseam pants there, which, let's be honest, is a small victory for anyone who's ever struggled with that.
Most reviewers rave about the staff's friendliness and how willing they are to help, which can really make or break a shopping trip if you ask me. Plus, a bunch of people have commented on how clean and organized the store is and how they're feminine styles are cute. Though, it sounds if you order online, you might not be so lucky. A few people have mentioned issues like receiving damaged items or the return process being a pain, but like, those things happen sometimes, don't they? Then, other people have said how the sale section can get messy and it can get too hot when its crowded in there.

#5 Levi's® Utrecht Lange Elisabethstraat
Lange Elisabethstraat 29, 3511 JB Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [12-6 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-6 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-6 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-9 PM], Friday: [10 AM-6 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-6 PM], Sunday: [12-5:30 PM]
Levi's on Lange Elisabethstraat in Utrecht, yeah, it's basically a Levi's paradise. They really focus on denim, having loads of jeans, plus jackets and tees and all that jazz. It's not a massive store by any means, but they're all about that classic Levi's feel, right in the city center, which is kinda cool.
I mean, people seem to rave about the staff there; they're supposedly super helpful and know their stuff, which is always a plus. Reviewers often mention how attentive the team is, making good recommendations, and being willing to go that extra mile, even if they gotta order something in. And how they remember those student discounts? Total win, but i've read a review that says the shop assistant didn't give them enough personal space, so maybe some of them can be a little too eager to sell. Also, a few people have mentioned issues with alterations or getting store credit instead of refunds, I guess you just gotta ask questions when buying or adjusting something to make sure you're fine with the service.

#6 Just Brands Utrecht - PME Legend, Cast Iron & Vanguard
Oudegracht 115-117, 3511 AG Utrecht, Netherlands

Just Brands Utrecht is this cool men's store right on the canal, totally picturesque. They focus on jeans mainly, think PME Legend, Cast Iron, and Vanguard brands; it's a great spot if you're looking to up your denim game. It might not be the hugest store physically, I heard, but apparently it's all about quality over quantity. If you're searching for these specific brands somewhere central in Utrecht, this place has great reviews.
People rave regarding the staff, they really do. It seems like they’re super friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. You know, the kind of service that makes you feel seen. A lot of reviewers have pointed out how they give personalized advice, offer you coffee or even gifts with your purchase. Plus, returns and exchanges? No stress at all. Generally, people seem to feel that the staff really goes the extra mile, and are totally willing to chat, even with your kids in tow. Some have noted how friendly the staff are, and while its' great to have a good experience, it does seem to be a little 'over-the-top' for some.

#7 Costes
Godebaldkwartier 2, 3511 DX Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Tuesday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [9:30 AM-9 PM], Friday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [9:30 AM-8 PM], Sunday: [11 AM-7 PM]
Costes in Utrecht seems solid if you're trying to update your wardrobe. I've heard they carry a decent variety, which can include stuff from basics to more fashion-forward pieces, and the prices generally work, too. Plus, word on the street is the layout's nice and big, which makes browsing less of a headache.
I hear a lot of people enjoy shopping there as they say the staff is pretty chill and actually helpful, which is always a win. A lot of the time it is about finding things that are easy to match so you can find a ready-to-go outfit. The biggest thing I saw was that they have good clothes for the price. But I guess some people have been saying they ran into snags with pricing issues at the checkout, and it can get a bit warm inside, so maybe dress accordingly. I've heard that the fitting rooms can get messy. I guess it is a busy store, and sometimes the music is a little loud.

#8 BLACKFISH Brand New & Vintage
Voorstraat 6, 3512 AM Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [12-6 PM], Tuesday: [11 AM-6 PM], Wednesday: [11 AM-6 PM], Thursday: [11 AM-6 PM], Friday: [11 AM-6 PM], Saturday: [11 AM-6 PM], Sunday: [12-5 PM]
So, apparently there's this cool clothing store in Utrecht called BLACKFISH, and it sounds pretty unique. They've got a mix of new and vintage stuff, but it's not just clothes; they have jewelry, accessories, and even witchy vibes like incense and tarot cards. If you ask me, the store's aesthetic is a real vibe, judging by all the reviews. I feel like it definitely offers a shopping experience you won't forget, something different from the usual retail stores you see now.
People seem to rave a lot about BLACKFISH. They say that atmosphere's really enchanting, maybe because of the decor and music, and even the scent! Plus, a ton of people mention the staff being super friendly and helpful, which always makes shopping more fun, right? Another huge draw is their diverse collection, especially that vintage cellar with all the affordable stuff. I’ve also read that they have a free beer and vintage arcade game downstairs, which is cool. Their online store also gets love for quick deliveries and cute packaging, even if the price point is a little too high for some people. A few people said that the prices were a bit much, especially for the new items, or that the quality wasn't always there for vintage pieces. Oh, and I think someone mentioned stuff about sizes? Then someone had a situation with the staff too; so I suppose not all reviews are 5 stars.

#9 WE Fashion Utrecht - Boven Vredenburgpassage
Boven Vredenburgpassage 10, 3511 WR Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [11 AM-8 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-8 PM], Friday: [10 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-8 PM], Sunday: [12-6 PM]
WE Fashion located in Utrecht's Boven Vredenburgpassage is a pretty big store in the mall, selling clothes for men, women, and even kids. From what I hear, they try to keep things affordable and have a bunch of styles, too. You can find everyday stuff along with some dressier options, so, supposedly, there's a good chance you'll see something you like, in your size hopefully. I suppose they aim to offer something for everyone even if they can't always keep absolutely everything in stock.
Honestly, people rave about the staff there, they're supposed to be super helpful, which is always a bonus. Lots of customers mention they're patient and offer good, personalized service, going the extra mile to find items or give style advice. The store's layout is good, too, and they frequently have nice sales, or so I hear. Most people think the clothing quality is decent, but some have said the displays can be a little messy, sometimes with pricing errors. I understand they sometimes struggle with how to handle online orders, so hopefully they can get that resolved.

#10 Sissy-Boy
Godebaldkwartier 54, 3511 DX Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [12-8 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-8 PM], Friday: [10 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-8 PM], Sunday: [12-6 PM]
Sissy-Boy in Utrecht is a bit of an oddball, in the best way; it's a store where you can snag a cute dress, then pick up a scented candle and a new notebook. I heard it's right at Utrecht Central Station, which makes it really convenient if you're killing time before your train comes, you know? Honestly, if you want something different from typical chain stores, its probably worth a looksie.
People seem to have a really good experience with the staff, I guess they always go above and beyond, which is always appreciated. I've heard that its the best place to get some nice gifts or home decor items. The store's got a cozy vibe, and everything looks really well curated. Though, I did see that a couple of reviews mention the prices can be a little steep – especially on the clothing – and that maybe some of the kid's stuff isn't the best quality. It's mostly positive reviews and people seem satisfied.

#11 America Today
Lange Elisabethstraat 31, 3511 JB Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [12-6 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-6 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-6 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-9 PM], Friday: [10 AM-6 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-6 PM], Sunday: [12-6 PM]
America Today in Utrecht is a shop that carries a pretty wide selection of clothes; they've got jeans, jackets, even raincoats if you need one. The clothes are displayed nice, and I hear they try to keep prices reasonable, which is always appreciated. For anyone trying to shop in person, they have a big store with, it's got two floors, plus of course, they have online shopping options.
Apparently, loads of people have had really great experiences with the staff, which is always a big plus. I read reviews mentioning helpful people, getting good advice, and quick service, particularly when people were trying to find specific items. The good quality of the clothing, especially when the sales are going on, seems to make for a pleasant experience. It seems the store's floor layout can be a bit confusing when you're trying to pay, as it sounds like there isn't enough cashiers.

#12 De Rode Winkel Jeans Utrecht
Lange Elisabethstraat 9-13, 3511 JA Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [12-6 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-6 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-6 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-9 PM], Friday: [10 AM-7 PM], Saturday: [9:30 AM-7 PM], Sunday: [11 AM-6 PM]
De Rode Winkel in Utrecht is *the* place to go if you're on the hunt for the perfect pair of jeans; they've got a seriously impressive selection of brands, styles, and fits. Plus, it's not only jeans, it's also got some other pants, polos, sweaters, and outerwear options in store, you know? They really pride themselves on quality, claiming they're the "best clothing store in Utrecht" for jeans, which, I mean, is quite a statement. They even offer tailoring, which is great, and like, will even do alterations on stuff you bought somewhere else, which is a nice touch. If you're all about ethically made things, they carry sustainable brands, Nudie Jeans and Kuyichi come to mind, which is kinda cool and it's important.
Word on the street is that the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable; from what I've heard, they go above and beyond. A lot of people mention how attentive they are, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Imagine being offered a drink while you're browsing - I mean, who doesn't love that. Customers seem to think they give honest advice and are patient when it comes to finding that ideal fit, no matter what your body type. Some people have even gotten complimentary drinks while shopping, isn't that wild? There is a few reviews that mention inconsistent experiences, though, but that's bound to happen, right?

#13 State of Art Store Utrecht
Mariaplaats 5, 3511 LH Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [11 AM-6 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-6 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-6 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-9 PM], Friday: [10 AM-6 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-6 PM], Sunday: [12-5 PM]
State of Art in Utrecht seems to offer some pretty decent menswear from what I gather. The vibe is spacious and bright, which, honestly, is always a plus when you are trying on clothes in the dreadful dressing room lights. It seems geared towards a slimmer build, which could be a win or a lose depending on your, ya know, body type. They are supposed to have a good selection of things, even winter coats and work shirts, so it might just be worth popping in if you're around Mariaplaats to see if you can find something.
I've heard their staff is actually great, which is more than half the battle when you are shopping, right? People kept mentioning the team being friendly and super helpful. There's even some chatter online about how they make your dog feel welcome and some guy from Belgium makes special trips, so that says something. Although I read a thing about some customer had a complaint about some jacket falling apart, so I guess keep that in mind?

#14 Superdry

Superdry in Utrecht? It’s a pretty big shop right in the city center, you can't miss it. They’ve got basically anything Superdry makes, from their tees and jackets to jeans, shoes, and all sorts of accessories, the whole deal. I think the brand's vibe is a mashup between vintage Americana, Japanese graphics, and just a classic British look, which can be a fun combo. If you're already into Superdry and are looking for a decent shop in Utrecht, they really do have so much to choose from, more options than you might expect.
I've noticed people generally say the staff are really great, always happy to help, which is nice, and the selection is supposed to be amazing. The store's got this spacious, clean feel with a big variety of sizes which is a total win. The clothing’s quality often gets a shout-out too, and sometimes they even have sales; who doesn’t love a good deal? Of course, some people mentioned the quality isn't always consistent, or the prices are a little high. Plus, I heard someone said the layout can be confusing, the store’s aisles are hard to get through, and a reviewer also said the staff can be inattentive sometimes. I guess it is something to think about.

#15 JACK & JONES
Clarenburg Plateau 11, 3511 WJ Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [11 AM-8 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-8 PM], Friday: [10 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-8 PM], Sunday: [12-6 PM]
JACK & JONES in Utrecht is a place you can find clothes if you're a guy, they sell stuff jeans to suits, jackets, and t-shirts, the basics, you know? Being a pretty common brand, the goal seems to be offering decent quality menswear. So, like, if you're nearby in Utrecht looking for a men's clothing store, perhaps its worth checking it out.
From what other shoppers have shared, it sounds like most people have a pretty good experience, especially with getting help from the staff. A few reviewers even shout out specific employees; apparently Thierry really knows his stuff. People often mention that the shop is neat, organized, and has a decent selection which is always a plus in my book. Plus the vibe is apparently good with nice music and a generally positive atmosphere, I hate shopping in a place that's depressing. Though, full disclosure, some folks had not-so-great run-ins; some say the service wasn't friendly, that returns were a hassle (vouchers instead of refunds, which is annoying), and that certain Black Friday deals were, well, misleading. Hopefully those were flukes because overall the positive reviews seem to outweigh the bad ones.

#16 Kilo Kilo store Utrecht
Achter Clarenburg 48, 3511 JJ Utrecht, Netherlands
Monday: [12-8 PM], Tuesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Wednesday: [10 AM-8 PM], Thursday: [10 AM-9 PM], Friday: [10 AM-8 PM], Saturday: [10 AM-8 PM], Sunday: [12-6 PM]
Kilo Kilo in Utrecht is a vintage goldmine, seriously. It's got a ton of second-hand clothes for everyone, which is why it's great. They sell by the kilo, which is pretty cool, and the selection is constantly changing, you can find shirts, trousers, sweaters, even some random work uniforms sometimes. It's trying to be the best in the city for unique finds, and they actually have a surprisingly good plus-size section.
I've heard people say the staff are super helpful and the atmosphere is fun, and that the selling-by-weight thing is a cool idea. They have some amazing vintage finds. Sometimes, though, the clothes aren't the best quality, which is disappointing, and if you're not careful the prices add up quick -- it could be pricier than you'd thought. Keep that in mind! Though the staff are friendly, and a lot of people find good-quality clothes.

#17 Tommy Hilfiger
Lange Elisabethstraat 22-24, 3511 JD Utrecht, Netherlands

The Tommy Hilfiger store in Utrecht sits smack in the center, right on the main drag, so it's super easy to get to; They carry the usual Tommy stuff - shirts, sweaters, maybe even kids' clothes I think and accessories such as watches. From what I understand, the store is split over two floors, with the women's collection upstairs, and the fellas downstairs. It's definitely got a stylish vibe going on, which is probably why it's so pricy, but they're known to have good sales every so often.
Honestly, the general consensus is that the staff there are really great. Customers mention how attentive they are, that they're always willing to lend a hand when needed and just being generally friendly. People appreciate the beautiful design of the store and the fact that they have a good selection of clothing options. Plus, the fact that there's a tailor available is a huge perk, and they're pretty helpful. Though, I did read a couple reviews where people had issues with damaged items and shrinkage, but overall it seems that most people really enjoy shopping there.

The prices are generally reasonable too, especially for kids' clothes, so that helps when you're trying to stick to a budget. Plus, they do seem to carry bigger sizes, although some people have said that section could use some improvement, so I guess it's a little hit or miss, depends on what they have in stock, right?
I have noticed that you get the occasional unique find there, its true. And the recent renovations have made the whole shopping experience feel a lot more modern and inviting, which is always a plus. When you're lucky enough to run into a staff member that's really helpful, especially when they go out of their way to find what you're looking for, it makes all the difference. I think that they have a friendly store and a good selection of clothing with a neat atmosphere.

Things I Love Things I Like in Utrecht seems to have a real knack for curating cute things. You know how sometimes you're just wandering around, wishing you could find a place that has, I don't know, some cool pottery alongside some clothes that aren't completely boring? Well, this might be the place. They've got everything from gifts to little trinkets for your apartment, jewelry, and even some plants, from what I hear. The clothes are supposed to be really reasonable, too, so you don't have to sell a kidney to get something nice.
People generally rave about the selection and the staff seems on the ball with helping you pick out something and I am sure they are very friendly. A lot of people mentioned it being great for finding unique gift ideas which is a big plus. However, a couple of customers had issues with their return policy, stating they got vouchers instead of money back even for damaged items. They also said that when they ordered items online, they where treated rude because the store had put the items back on the shelf. Still it has a lot of positive feedback!

Episode in Utrecht is a vintage goldmine that presents secondhand clothing for all genders, and the sheer range of what they have is pretty impressive. They're known for having a lot of cool, old-school stuff from the 80s and 90s - think clothing, shoes, bags, plus those quirky accessories you just can't find anywhere else. It can be a bit overwhelming, maybe the best part about Episode is how organized they keep everything, which really makes the hunt for those authentic vintage pieces so much easier.
People are usually stoked about their collection, especially finding those extra trendy things that add a certain something to your wardrobe. The staff is generally good people and the store layout is pretty well done, that contributes to a good experience. I've heard that some people have found designer pieces, which they love, and those perfect vintage items at decent prices, but honestly, its about the hunt, yeah? Just a tip if you do decide to go - remember that you're buying pre-loved clothes, and you might not be able to return stuff.
